If you are thinking about selling your home, I would be happy to provide you with a free home value estimate.  I will meet with you to discuss what steps you can take now to ensure a higher sales price and a faster sale.  In determining value, I will consider the property’s location, condition, and any upgrades that would add to your home’s worth.

You may have looked up your home’s estimated value on a consumer website like Zillow.  Those systems use algorithms and data analysis to determine an estimate of a property’s value.  They use publicly available data, such as recent sales, tax assessments, and market trends, to calculate an approximate value for a specific property.

While computer models can be a helpful starting point to get a general idea of a property’s worth, they should not be considered a substitute for a comprehensive market analysis conducted by a realtor.

As a real estate professional, I have local market knowledge and expertise that the algorithms can’t replace.
